Back to Top Wallace ParkLocated at the corner of 163rd and Mullen Road. The newly build Belton Community Center is located here, along with a playground area, outside basketball courts, soccer fields, shelter house, walking trail (7/8 of a mile), pavilion with restrooms and tennis courts.
